Ketki Bhavsar is an Associate on the Insights & Intelligence team at CBRE Investment Management, based in Toronto, where she supports global infrastructure research across both listed and unlisted strategies.
Before joining CBRE IM, Ketki worked at FactSet as a consultant. She collaborated with sell-side clients to identify M&A transactions, prepare inputs for research reports and construct valuation models. She specialized in the energy sector, demonstrating expertise in power and utilities markets including power forward pricing and power plant project analysis.
Ketki’s experience also includes working with macroeconomic research, providing her with a strong understanding of global financial trends and economic indicators.
Ketki holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto’s Rotman Commerce program with a specialization in Finance and Economics. She is a Level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
